Telehealth Mental Health Clinician
Eva's Village
Eva’s Village is seeking a Telehealth Clinician to provide mental health counseling, screenings and assessments under LCSW/LPC supervision in a team-based setting. This role collaborates with psychiatrists and APN to ensure coordinated care. The clinician conducts DSM-5-TR assessments, develops ISP and care plans, and maintains thorough progress notes in the EHR.
