We're looking for a Lead Bartender who thrives on hospitality, leads by example, and understands that every interaction contributes to the guest experience. This is an opportunity for someone who takes pride in their craft while helping shape the culture, standards, and success of an exceptional bar program.

As Lead Bartender, you'll set the tone each shift through professionalism, urgency, organization, and genuine hospitality. You'll mentor fellow bartenders, collaborate with management, and ensure every guest receives an experience that exceeds expectations.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver warm, polished, and memorable hospitality to every guest.
• Lead the bar team through example, coaching, and accountability.
• Execute classic and house cocktails with consistency and precision.
• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, organization, and mise en place.
• Manage inventory, pars, ordering, and product organization alongside leadership.
• Assist with seasonal menu development, recipe testing, costing, and staff education.
• Ensure recipes, pours, garnishes, and presentation remain consistent.
• Communicate proactively with managers, servers, kitchen, and support staff to create seamless service.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, efficiency, and the overall guest experience.
• Take ownership of the entire bar's success.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of fine dining bartending experience.
• Previous leadership or training experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and classic cocktails.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Calm, composed decision-making under pressure.
• Attention to detail and pride in executing the small things consistently.
• A growth mindset with a desire to continually learn and improve.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation: Hourly ($12.00 - $14.00) plus tips
