Responsibilities: Assist skilled workers in performing electrical, carpentry, plumbing, or masonry work. Maintain and upkeep building, ground, and equipment. Communicate directly with customers and supervisors, informing them of unexpected or additional repairs and determining customer needs. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints. Ensure completed work meets quality control standards. Make diagnoses and suggest solutions and repairs to customers and supervisors. Communicate with scheduler to update status of repairs, estimate completion dates, and additional material requirements. Follow all safety procedures and policies. Qualifications: 1 year of experience in general maintenance/construction work preferred. Ability to perform heavy manual labor for extended periods, sometimes in adverse weather. Ability to work in various environments including high places. Good manual dexterity, eye‑hand coordination, physical fitness, and balance. Professional manner when responding to customer inquiries or complaints. Team player. Physical Requirements: Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Reach, kneel, walk, stand, and perform repetitive motion for several hours. Climb in and out of vehicle and up/down stairs. Work under pressure for extended periods. Requirements: Valid state driver’s license; ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera’s insurance. Real ID‑compliant driver’s license or acceptable alternative (U.S. passport or military ID) to access federal military installation. Obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access. Pass background check and E‑Verify.
