The role leads full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hourly positions across multiple branch locations, sourcing, attracting, and hiring dependable, skilled talent by implementing effective recruiting strategies, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring positions are filled quickly with qualified candidates who align with our company culture. This role works at both our Hastings and New Brighton locations. Why work for us? Competitive base pay: 55,000–65,000 salary, based on experience Compensation incentives 401(k) plan with company match Short-term and long-term disability Employee Assistance Program Annual performance reviews Company events Awards and recognition from peers and leaders Ongoing training and development Casual and fun atmosphere Responsibilities Maintain ATS data and track metrics Screen incoming resumes and applications Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally Effectively use Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases Craft sourcing communications to attract passive candidates Interview candidates and provide notes on qualified candidates to hiring managers Monitor HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events Network with external resources such as colleges and other community organizations Design and update job descriptions as needed Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs Lead and participate in new hire orientations Adhere to recruitment process maps and best practices Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies Make job offers to potential new hires while communicating updates to hiring managers Collaborate effectively with all branches/regions on practices, hiring needs, and changes Qualifications At least 3 years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to identify, create, and implement sourcing strategies DJ’s Landscape Management is a drug-free workplace.
