MRI Technician

Schedule Full-time, Day How you'll contribute Perform magnetic resonance imaging in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. Review patient history and physician's orders. Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment, and exams to ensure understanding and cooperation. When ordered, prepare and administer contrast media and/or medication within scope of practice. Prepare equipment and supplies. Select appropriate exposure factors and imaging parameters. Position patient and perform imaging procedures. Analyze results and identify issues with the quality of imaging results. Take appropriate action to resolve image quality issues, including repositioning patient and repeating procedures.
