HUD Leasing Specialist - LIHTC and Section 8

Louisville- Christian Care Communities is seeking a HUD Leasing Agent for a full-time role, 8:00 to 4:30, at our Kentucky property. Responsibilities include processing applications, moving applicants into apartments, and marketing. You will assist the Property Manager with leasing and administrative tasks, prepare move-in files, conduct resident orientation, and input information into Yardi.
