Location 4699 53rd Ave, Bettendorf, IA 52722, USA About the Role Registered Nurse – The Summit of Bettendorf Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health conditions and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation and monitoring for side effects. Provide direct nursing care, such as wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management. Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate and optimize resident care, including communicating with physicians and families. Supervise and support CNAs and other staff, providing guidance and training as needed. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment. Offer emotional support and education to residents and families, promoting well‑being and understanding of care plans. Work 1st shift full time, 8 or 12 hours per day. Qualifications Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to serve others. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. State of Iowa RN License.
