We're looking for professionals who are passionate about supporting people through recovery and delivering positive health and return to work outcomes. You may come from a claims, rehabilitation, allied health or social services background, and bring a strong customer-centric approach combined with sound clinical and vocational judgement.

• Drive optimal recovery and return to work outcomes by shaping clear, evidence-based strategies across IP and TPD claims.


• Partner with claims teams and healthcare practitioners to reduce barriers and accelerate sustainable wellbeing and recovery outcomes for customers.


• Identify and intervene early on at-risk claims to prevent prolonged recovery and improve customer and claim outcomes.


• Build Claims Consultant capability through coaching and guidance on medical, rehabilitation and return to work decision-making.


• Ensure recovery services deliver value by influencing the quality, alignment and performance of external providers.


• Strengthen best-practice recovery approaches by collaborating with Health Services and contributing insights to Claims leadership.


• Tertiary qualifications in an Allied Health discipline (e.g. Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology) or Social Work.


• For Social Work professionals, experience working in both community-based and/or corporate environments will be highly regarded.


• Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with recovery, rehabilitation, return to work, health, wellbeing or vocational outcomes.


• Strong ability to assess barriers to recovery and develop practical, evidence-based strategies that support sustainable outcomes.


• Experience collaborating with a range of stakeholders including customers, treating health practitioners, employers and service providers.


• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and drive positive outcomes.


• An understanding of injury management, rehabilitation, return to work principles, insurance and/or claims management will be highly regarded.


• A passion for helping people navigate complex situations and achieve meaningful recovery outcomes.
