Tax Office Administrative Assistant (Seasonal)

Monotelo Advisors Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented seasonal office assistant in Gillespie/Carlinville, IL to handle front-desk duties, manage calls and appointments, and support bookkeeping and tax-related tasks. You will work Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with possible overtime on Saturdays, and some travel to the Carlinville office may be required.
