LTS Lower School Program Assistant Pathways Sub Separate Starting Date: Immediately Job Description Position Purpose Supporting students with toileting and feeding needs; supporting instruction and implementing programs/lesson plans created by the Special Education Teacher; escorting students to and from pick up/drop off locations during arrival and dismissal; supporting and implementing behavior plans as directed by BCBA and/or classroom teacher. Qualifications High school diploma required with associates degree or higher preferred Experience working with children/students Experience assisting in program implementation Ability to work with professional staff Outstanding preparation and/or experience may be substituted for some of the above qualifications.
