Registered Dental Assistant (Bilingual English/Spanish) Navarro Dentistry is seeking a qualified, caring, and motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) professional who is passionate about patient care and committed to creating a positive dental experience. Our goal is to make every patient feel like family while providing exceptional clinical care.

Position Requirements

Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities

Welcome patients into the treatment area and help them feel comfortable.
Review medical history and update patient records accurately.
Discuss treatment plans with patients and answer questions regarding procedures.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms according to infection control standards.
Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques.
Take dental radiographs and digital impressions as needed.
