More about the role: We are seeking a creative and experienced Copy Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will craft compelling and impactful copy across various mediums, collaborating closely with art partners and cross‑functional teams to bring innovative healthcare campaigns to life.

What you’ll do: Write clear, concise, accurate, and well‑organized copy appropriate to the relevant format/medium (print, digital, online, potentially social) Display a strong understanding of assigned brands and categories, and be responsible for concept creation with the Art partner Write for one or more brands, ensure clinical accuracy, stay true to the brand voice, and have an active role in meetings Develop a strategic understanding of the competitive landscape, demonstrating awareness of emerging data, changes in guidelines, and newsworthy events that could influence brand messaging/strategy Participate in client presentations while clearly articulating how the idea achieves the communication objective Represent the agency (with oversight) during medical/regulatory reviews, providing solutions and recommendations Research therapeutic topics and adapt findings to support brand strategies Periodically, conceptualize creative platforms and activations for new business pitches (usually in partnership with an art director or a graphic designer), as well as write well‑thought‑out descriptions for new business presentation decks Experience that contributes to success: 5–7 years of experience in copywriting, preferably within the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry An online portfolio that demonstrates strategic and conceptual thinking, as well as activation concepts that showcase 360‑degree pull‑through. Ability to produce clear, concise, accurate, and well‑organized copy appropriate to the relevant format/medium Experience writing for digital media, including web, social, display, SEO, and OLV Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate creative ideas to clients Experience working with cross‑functional teams to execute strategic and tactical concepts that address business challenges while adhering to the client’s communications strategies Individual compensation varies based on job‑related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
