Como Senior AI Agent Engineer, serás una pieza clave en el diseño, desarrollo e implementación de sistemas avanzados de inteligencia artificial. Trabajarás con arquitecturas de agentes complejos, aprovechando las últimas herramientas y frameworks para crear soluciones que definan el futuro. Tu experiencia será fundamental para guiar al equipo y asegurar la excelencia técnica en cada proyecto.
Qualifications
- Más de 6 años de experiencia profesional en ingeniería de software, con un enfoque significativo en inteligencia artificial y aprendizaje automático.
- Experiencia demostrada en el desarrollo y despliegue de agentes de IA, sistemas multi-agente o soluciones de IA conversacional.
- Profundo conocimiento y experiencia práctica con frameworks de orquestación de LLMs como Langchain y Langgraph.
- Sólidos fundamentos en ciencias de la computación, incluyendo estructuras de datos, algoritmos y diseño de sistemas.
- Experiencia con lenguajes de programación como Python (indispensable) y otros lenguajes relevantes (Java, C++, etc.).
- Experiencia trabajando con grandes modelos de lenguaje (LLMs) y sus APIs.
- Conocimiento de técnicas de MLOps, incluyendo CI/CD para modelos de IA, monitorización y gestión de versiones.
- Familiaridad con plataformas cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) y sus servicios de IA/ML.
- Experiencia con bases de datos vectoriales y técnicas de recuperación de información.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y gestionar múltiples prioridades en un entorno remoto.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y resolución de problemas.
Requirements
- Experiencia en investigación de IA o publicaciones en conferencias relevantes.
- Conocimiento de arquitecturas de redes neuronales profundas (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
- Experiencia con frameworks de deep learning como TensorFlow, PyTorch.
- Participación activa en comunidades de IA o open-source.
