Customer Account Specialist

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Customer Master Data Specialist positions in Parsippany, NJ. Responsibilities:

· Establish and maintain customer master data, including address codes for direct and indirect customers within order-to-cash systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standard operating procedures.

· Perform ongoing customer account maintenance, including updates, changes, and deletions while maintaining the integrity of customer information and financial data.

· Investigate and verify licensing and financial responsibility requirements, including state, DEA, and veterinary licenses, and communicate with customers to obtain updated documentation.

· Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and Salesforce.com while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Requirements:

· High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

· Minimum 2 years of customer service experience with strong customer interaction and communication skills.

· SAP order-to-cash experience preferred, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications.

· Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
