The Hairdresser and Barber is responsible for delivering professional grooming services, including hair cutting, styling, and shaving. This role requires excellent customer consultation skills and a commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace. The ideal candidate will provide top-notch service while promoting salon products and assisting with daily operational tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform hair cutting, styling, and beard trimming
- Conduct shaving services with precision and care
- Consult with customers to understand their grooming preferences
- Apply hair coloring techniques as requested
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workplace, tools, and equipment
- Recommend and promote salon products and services to customers
- Manage booking schedules effectively
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Assist with salon opening and closing duties
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in hairdressing and barbering
