Job Description

The Hairdresser and Barber is responsible for delivering professional grooming services, including hair cutting, styling, and shaving. This role requires excellent customer consultation skills and a commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace. The ideal candidate will provide top-notch service while promoting salon products and assisting with daily operational tasks.

Responsibilities

Perform hair cutting, styling, and beard trimming
Conduct shaving services with precision and care
Consult with customers to understand their grooming preferences
Apply hair coloring techniques as requested
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workplace, tools, and equipment
Recommend and promote salon products and services to customers
Manage booking schedules effectively
Deliver exceptional customer service
Assist with salon opening and closing duties

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of experience in hairdressing and barbering
