REQUIRED:

Majority Experience with Construction General Contractor(s) and/or Developer-Builders (Construction Side in tandem with in-house development) Large Ground-Up Commercial Construction Project Experience in excess of $50 Million per project size/scope Can includes anything from Commercial | Commercial High-Rise | Healthcare | Public | Higher Education | Commercial Mixed-Use | Multi-story Commercial Offices | and MORE Experience across Project Manager / Senior Project Manager / Project Executive-Level Roles B.S. Construction Science, Construction Management (or related degree); Engineering Degree; Others with consideration of overall construction experience
