Per Diem Rehab RN

Rehab Registered Nurse (RN) – Tucson, AZ

Join a dedicated rehabilitation team focused on helping patients recover, regain independence, and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and develop individualized care plans.
• Assess patient progress and adjust care as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes promptly.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs, CNAs, and support staff as appropriate.
• Accurately document patient care and clinical outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on treatments, medications, and recovery plans.

Qualifications:

• Active Arizona RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Rehabilitation, acute care, LTAC, or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
