GTM Revenue Operations Manager

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced GTM Revenue Operations Process Manager, this full-time remote position will design, scale, and optimize end-to-end processes that support the go-to-market engine across Sales, SDR, and Marketing, driving operational rigor throughout the revenue lifecycle. Key responsibilities Lead cross-functional initiatives to reduce friction and improve revenue-generating potential for Sales and SDR teams Design and enhance core GTM processes related to lead management, qualification, and pipeline progression workflows Document current and future-state workflows, ensuring alignment with desired outcomes and stakeholder input Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles Proven ability to design and improve cross-functional business processes across the go-to-market lifecycle Strong understanding of CRM and GTM systems, including Salesforce and Outreach Demonstrated capability to convert ambiguous business needs into structured requirements and executable plans Experience in stakeholder management and influencing without direct authority in matrixed organizations
