OTR Flatbed Company driver (W-2) Job in Austin, MN by HMD Trucking

HMD Trucking
Requirements - 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
Vacancy description
Hit the road from Austin with HMD Trucking’s premium Flatbed division.
Operate nationwide OTR lanes in late-model trucks featuring APUs, sleeper cabs, inverters and rider seats, backed by full maintenance support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely load, tarping and transport flatbed freight
- Comply with FMCSA and company safety standards
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
