Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to identify clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Maintain accurate and ethical clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Engage in regular consultations with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate holistic care for clients.

• Stay abreast of developments in the mental health field, enhancing your practice through ongoing education and training initiatives.

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and present a range of challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
