Must have a valid driver's license with a clean MVR (No speeding tickets, accidents, or moving violations in the last 3 years) Must have a CO Security license. Must have de-escalation skills, the ability to work with the unhoused, and strong time management.

They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

The Mobile Officer maintains the security and safety of multiple sites by conducting patrols via a motor vehicle.
