Independent Property Inspector — Flexible Hours & Your Own Route

CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated individuals in Brentwood/Nashville, TN to perform residential property inspections as independent contractors. You will travel to properties, speak with homeowners, and capture exterior and occasional interior inspections using a mobile app and camera pole for roof shots. You control your schedule, plan appointments, and deliver accurate, timely service with clear communication.
