Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 12.5%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 12.5%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

The VP, Commercial Loan Servicing will lead a high-performing team within the Central Lending Operations division. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of servicing activities across a commercial real estate loan portfolio. The position oversees day-to-day operations, drives process improvements, supports team development, and partners closely with internal stakeholders to execute key servicing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Commercial Lending Specialists through performance management, structured monthly coaching, and targeted training programs aligned with regulatory and procedural standards
• Own daily operations of the commercial real estate portfolio, including payment processing, GL balancing, and monthly reconciliations — ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and audit-readiness
• Drive the strategy, development, and execution of Central Lending Operations initiatives, including process improvements that align with bank-wide and departmental objectives
• Oversee wire processing operations, maintaining strict adherence to accuracy standards, SLAs, and compliance requirements; review and approve wire transactions as needed
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of commercial loan onboarding, funding, term modifications, and construction draw administration
• Partner with internal stakeholders across credit, compliance, and technology to identify operational gaps and implement scalable solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of commercial loan servicing experience, including a minimum of 4 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity
• Hands-on experience with LoanIQ preferable or comparable commercial loan servicing platforms
• Knowledge of commercial loan products, servicing workflows, and applicable regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and drive operational accountability
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high standard for accuracy and compliance
• Effective communicator with experience interfacing across internal departments and with external stakeholders
• Solid working knowledge of banking regulations governing commercial real estate lending
