divh2Client Services Representative/h2pKenosha, WI/ph3Job Description/h3pThe Client Services Associate is responsible for assisting in duties associated with order processing, item/inventory maintenance, troubleshooting/issue resolution, and managing emails from our internal and external customers. We strive to build a culture that rewards people for their unique perspectives and contributions, and where our people are connected - to the work we do, to each other, and to IMS./ppWho are you?/ppYou will:/pulliServe as daily internal contact for order management and associated inquiries/liliAssist with special projects as necessary/liliManage incoming emails from varying internal sources/liliGenerate clear, consistent communication to internal and external team members regarding status and requirements of programs/liliWork collaboratively with all Account Management, Client Services, Production, Finance and operations staff/liliFacilitate accurate incoming inventory (item setup validation, POs and communication with the warehouse)/liliFollow-through on exception reporting from beginning to end generate reports, code items, follow-up with stakeholders, and problem solve as necessary to eliminate exceptions/liliPrioritize orders and/or projects, including prompt expediting of emergency requests/liliMaintain and distribute various reports as needed to ensure daily requirements are met/li/ulpAdditionally, you embody the IMS principles of Passion, Collaboration, Integrity, Inventiveness, and Proactivity.
