Schedule/Hours:

• Night shifts: 6:30pm – 7:00am
• Alternating weekends
• 13-week assignment

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Active RN license (MS/Med Surg experience preferred)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR
• Permanent address at least 50+ miles from Birmingham
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Flexibility for night shifts and alternating weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient-centered care in a fast-paced medical-surgical environment
• Monitor patient conditions, perform assessments, document using Cerner EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver the highest quality care
• Manage medication administration, treatment plans, and post-op care
• Educate and support patients and families
