position with a consistent daytime schedule of approximately

6:00/6:30 a.m. to 2:30/3:00 p.m. About Heather Gardens Heather Gardens is one of Colorado's premier active adult communities serving more than 3,000 residents. What You'll Do You'll perform a variety of building maintenance and repair tasks throughout our community, including: General building repairs Carpentry, painting, patching and caulking Basic plumbing repairs Minor electrical repairs Door, lock and window repairs Preventive maintenance Assisting with HVAC and mechanical systems Completing work orders Maintaining tools and equipment Supporting special maintenance projects Every day is different, giving you the opportunity to build your skills across multiple trades while working alongside an experienced maintenance team.
