Mass Metal Department Roll Former Machine Operators
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented candidates to join our Mass Metal Department as Roll Former Machine Operators. This position is for 2nd shift (3:30 PM 12:00 AM) with a pay rate of $19.00/hr.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain roll forming machines.
- Read and interpret work orders and blueprints.
- Use hand tools, measurement instruments, and follow metal fabrication processes.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and attention to detail in all tasks.
Requirements
- Previous experience in metalworking or roll forming is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand throughout the shift.
- Basic math, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Language: English/Spanish (bilingual is a plus)
Additional Information
Pay rate: $19/hr (2nd shift). Training: Day shift for 23 weeks before transitioning to 2nd shift.
