Power Electronics Controls Engineer — SiC/GaN, HIL-Ready

Anduril Industries

Anduril Industries is seeking an experienced Power Controls Engineer to lead control design for DC/DC converters, inverters, and motor drives using SiC/GaN devices in defense and aerospace programs. You will model with Simulink/PLECS, validate with HIL/PHIL, and collaborate with hardware and firmware teams to deliver high-reliability systems under strict security standards.
