Help protect one of the most advanced battery manufacturing facilities in the world while ensuring the safety of our team and operations.What You'll Do:Respond to fire, medical, and hazardous materials emergenciesPerform fire prevention inspections & safety trainingWork in a fast-paced, high-tech industrial environmentCompetitive Pay | Career Growth | Cutting-Edge FacilityBe part of something powerful—apply today and join the Marksman/Toyota team!Starting at: $19.00 per hour48/96-hour Shift RotationEssential Job Functions:Understand and follow all Standard Operating Procedures.Follow the Emergency Action and Communication Plans and all Standard Operating Procedures for emergencies.Completes incident reports as required.Responds to all fire/medical/security/hazmat/threat situations according to Emergency Response Plan and Standardized Operating Procedures and Medical Director Protocols.Performs routine daily/weekly/monthly inspections on fire alarm/fire suppression/and security equipment.Physically inspect all fire suppression systems, including but not limited to:Sprinkler SystemManual and Automatic Alarm initiating devicesFire PanelsStandpipe HosesPerform daily inspections on apparatus, security vehicles, and emergency response equipment.Patrol facilities for fire or building code violations and additional safety hazards; report to supervisor.Act as a weather spotter and monitor weather alerts through Sky Guard or other notification systems.Approve and inspect all hot works and high-hazard hot works, confined space permits.Participates in daily training on emergency response to maintain readiness.Maintains compliance with personal Fire/Medical/Hazmat certifications as required by local mandate.Demonstrate experience managing multiple tasks, executing radio and telephone communications, and performing in a high-pressure environment.Other duties to be determined by the supervisor.Minimum Qualifications: For entry-levelMinimum of 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GEDCertified Fire 1 and 2Current Driver's LicenseHazmat OperationsPass an NFPA 1582 physical examinationRequirements:Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.Technology skills: operate access control system, utilize a computer for incident reports, operate security software systems or applications, use email.Strong customer service skills, professional demeanor, and appearance.Experience managing multiple tasks and executing radio and telephone communications while performing in a medium to high-pressure environment with frequently changing and/or competing demands.Possess above-average written and verbal communication skills.Possess strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with client staff and the public.Preferred Requirements:Industrial firefighter experienceHazardous Materials TechnicianNIMS Training 100, 200, 700, 800EOE/M/F/D/V#IND9
