Job Description The Children’s Ear, Nose, Throat and Allergy is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Pediatric Otolaryngologist to join our growing, physician-led practice in Orlando, Florida. Due to continued growth and strong referral demand, this is a unique opportunity to step into a busy, established practice with immediate patient volume and a highly collaborative team environment focused exclusively on pediatric care. Practice Highlights: Established team of 3 Pediatric ENT Surgeons, 3 Audiologists, and 4 Nurse Practitioners Strong referral base with consistent growth and immediate patient volume Multidisciplinary, team-based approach to pediatric care Opportunity to develop subspecialty interests including sleep, airway, and sinus conditions Robust clinical and administrative support infrastructure Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: $420,000 Productivity Bonus: Additional earning potential based on performance 20 days paid vacation, 5 sick days, and 5 CME days CME Allowance: $3,500 annually 12 weeks paid maternity leave Comprehensive health insurance 401(k) with employer matching Located in Orlando, Florida, our practice is situated in a family-friendly community known for excellent schools, no state income tax, and a high quality of life.
