As a Reinsurance Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting reinsurance administration processes, ensuring accurate reporting, billing, documentation, and compliance with treaty requirements. What you’ll accomplish with us Assist in the preparation, maintenance, and submission of monthly reinsurance premium billings. Support the preparation, reconciliation, and distribution of reinsurance reports while identifying and escalating discrepancies. Maintain reinsurance files, trackers, documentation, and process records to ensure data integrity and compliance. Coordinate with internal departments to gather required information and support audits, treaty updates, and reporting initiatives. Provide backup support for claims-related reinsurance activities, identify process improvement opportunities, and elevate issues as needed. In addition, you will: Follow and maintain documented procedures and workflows. Assist with support for new or amended reinsurance treaties. Conduct company business in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and the iA Financial Group Code of Conduct. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by leadership based on business needs. English proficiency Intermediate level of English proficiency is required, as the role involves written and verbal communication with internal stakeholders and business partners on a regular basis.
