Assistant Project Manager

Pay: $18-$25 to start per hour based on experience | Schedule: 6:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. or as negotiated County Electric is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to help with estimating, project paperwork, scheduling, and day-to-day office work. This person will work with our project managers, field employees, customers, and suppliers to help keep jobs moving and make sure follow-up items are completed. Assistant Project Manager County Electric, Ottawa Ohio Job Responsibilities Write proposals and help prepare estimates. Prepare and track project submittals. Keep drawings and job information updated in PlanGrid. Follow up on open jobs and work orders. Make sure completed work orders have the information needed for billing and closeout. Maintain generator service contracts and schedules. Prepare the employee on-call schedule. Handle OUPS tickets and get the information to the employees doing the work. Maintain company tablets and required third-party safety websites. Handle material returns and make sure the paperwork is complete. Review timecards, apprenticeship paperwork, and time-off requests. Help with other office and project duties as needed. What We Are Looking For Someone who is organized, dependable, and pays attention to details. Someone who can work on several things at once and follow through without constant reminders. Good communication with employees, customers, and suppliers. Comfort using computers, tablets, Microsoft Office, and online programs. Construction, electrical, estimating, or project-management experience is helpful.
