Pay Details Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth. Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generouscommission. Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward, can earn up to $85k+. Position Details As an Inside Sales Agent you will be handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. Due to state licensing restrictions, employees must remain in their resident state for at least one year before relocating. Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1. No cold calls, all incoming warm leads. Opportunities for rewards and recognition. Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day. Standard shift is 11:30-8 EST, 12:30-9 CST, or 8:30-5 PST. Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency Property and Casualty License required afterhire.
