Requirements include interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs, excellent interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening, enthusiasm about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams. You should be people-oriented, have organizational skills, be self-motivated, detail oriented, proactive in problem solving, dedicated to customer service, able to learn computer functions, provide timely and thorough activity reports to agent, conduct interviews in the office and in customer's home or business, assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews, and effectively relate to a customer.

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in 4700 W Elms Rd, Killeen TX. 76549. Our office is open 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday to Friday, off on holidays and weekends. Additional languages spoken: Spanish.
