Med Surg RN - $10K Sign-On Bonus

Gainesville, Florida

Full-Time | Days or Nights | Permanent Position

$10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

MASC Medical is partnering with an acute-care hospital in Gainesville to recruit experienced Med Surg RNs for several specialty units. Day and night shifts are available.

Specialty Areas:

• Cardiac Telemetry

• Neuro and Stroke

• Pulmonary

• Renal and Vascular

• Inpatient Surgical

• Orthopedics

Position Highlights:

• Three 12-hour shifts

• Day and night shift options

• Rotating weekends

• Night and weekend shift differentials

• Unit placement based on experience and current openings

• Permanent hospital position

What You’ll Do:

• Assess patients and provide individualized nursing care

• Administer medications and treatments

• Monitor patient conditions and respond to clinical changes

• Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team

• Educate patients and families about treatment and recovery

• Support safe admissions, transfers, and discharges

Qualifications:

• Active Florida RN license or multistate compact license

• At least 1 year of recent inpatient RN experience

• Experience in Med Surg or one of the listed specialty areas

• BLS certification

• Nursing diploma, ADN, ASN, or BSN
