Speech Language Pathologist

Speech-Language Pathologist Location: Chippewa, MI - Virtual or In Person Rate: $55-65 per hour (flexible; $55-60 per hour listed for some employees) Boston Speech Therapy is a woman‑owned and SLP‑owned company serving the education space with a strong commitment to therapist advocacy and sustainable caseloads. In this role, you will help students build communication skills that support learning, confidence, and participation in the school environment. You will play an important part in shaping individualized care, partnering closely with families and school‑based collaborators, and contributing to a clinical approach that values both strong outcomes and strong therapist support. Responsibilities Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide direct therapy services tailored to each client's communication goals. Document progress notes and maintain accurate, timely clinical records. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members. Advocate for appropriate caseloads and high‑quality therapist support. Support five kindergarten classrooms and one young kindergarten classroom; maintain a caseload of 40–45 students.
