• Hold a valid Massachusetts School Psychologist license
• Demonstrate proven experience working in K-12 school settings
• Possess strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
• Be comfortable managing a diverse caseload of students
• Exhibit excellent communication with students, families, and colleagues
• Be enthusiastic about upholding best practices in psychological services

Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

• Conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results
• Providing direct interventions, counseling, and recommendations for students
• Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to develop effective strategies
• Participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as a key team member
• Offering crisis management and preventive mental health services as needed
• Supporting the creation of positive, inclusive learning environments for all students
