Lead recruitment efforts for hourly roles—posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding—while ensuring compliance with hiring protocols. Manage HR processes in Workday, including employment changes, evaluations, and communication tools. Facilitate orientation, track safety certifications, and promote wellness and benefit programs. Coordinate associate relations efforts, benefits support, recognition programs, and HR reporting needs. Qualifications What We Are Looking For: At least 2 years of HR or administrative experience to effectively manage daily HR operations and systems. Customer service background essential for resolving associate concerns with professionalism and care. Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office for creating reports, presentations, and maintaining accurate records. Recruiting experience preferred, supporting a seamless and effective hiring process from outreach to onboarding. Bilingual skills and HR certification (preferred) enhance communication and add credibility.
