Job Description Job Description Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care Location: Grand Junction, CO Shift: Variable Nights Schedule: 36 Hours/Week (12-hour shifts, 3 days/week) Job Summary A dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is needed to support a skilled nursing and long-term care environment. This role involves delivering high-quality patient care, administering medications, monitoring resident health, and assisting with individualized care plans. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, dependable, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
