Barista - Coffee Specialist

City Los Angeles USA We are searching for an experienced Barista to join our team in Los Angeles As a Coffee Specialist you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee beverages to our customers Your role will also involve maintaining a clean and organized work station ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding company standards The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of different coffee beans and brewing techniques as well as the ability to create latte art You should also have strong customer service skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities Greet customers and take their orders Prepare and serve coffee beverages according to company recipes Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines and grinders Maintain a clean and organized work station Answer customer questions about menu items and provide recommendations Handle cash transactions accurately Ensure customer satisfaction by providing friendly and efficient service Uphold company standards for quality control Requirements Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role Excellent knowledge of different coffee beans brewing techniques and latte art Customer service oriented with strong communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Available to work flexible hours including weekends Salary $1400 per month #J-18808-Ljbffr StarsOfTheShow
