Conduct assessments and evaluations for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients, utilizing both standardized tools and observational methods.
Craft tailored treatment strategies that address immediate concerns while considering long-term communication, cognitive, and swallowing goals.
Deliver individualized speech therapy interventions that prioritize communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing skills.
Collaborate seamlessly with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nursing staff, physicians, and family members to foster unified care plans.
Provide education to patients and their families to aid in progress outside the clinical environment.
Participate in providing inpatient speech therapy evaluations and therapies, ensuring a seamless transition throughout the treatment journey.
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations and organizational protocols.
Enhance your professional development by engaging in ongoing education and collaborating with peers.
A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is pending.
Valid state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within the first 30 days of employment.
Expertise in evidence-based practices for addressing speech, language, and swallowing disorders across all age groups.

Flexibility to modify therapeutic techniques for patients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
