Front Desk Patient Coordinator

Greet patients with a warm, welcoming attitude and provide excellent customer service.

Manage patient scheduling, appointments, and confirmations.

Answer incoming calls and assist patients with questions.

Verify dental insurance benefits and assist with insurance-related questions.

Collect payments, discuss balances, and help maintain accurate patient accounts.

Maintain accurate patient records and information.

Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Help keep the schedule productive and the front office running efficiently.

What We're Looking For

Previous dental front desk experience preferred.

Familiarity with dental insurance, scheduling, and patient accounts.

Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

A friendly, dependable, and positive attitude.

Someone who takes initiative, enjoys problem-solving, and works well with a team.

A desire to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of the practice.
