Devops Engineer

About the Role Lockheed Martin – Rotary & Mission Systems (RMS) is seeking an experienced leader for its Ground Cyber Electronic Warfare Integrated Engineering organization. This role focuses on technical leadership, program management, and team development for Electronic Warfare (EW) and related systems. Key Responsibilities Manage technical planning, system integration, verification, validation, cost and risk analysis, and supportability for total systems. Coordinate employee recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Lead functional, programmatic, and technical coordination and execution of supported programs, managing content across multiple agile development teams and engaging with functional and program leadership. Champion digital transformation practices and work with development teams to adopt DevSecOps, Agile, Automation, and modeling tools. Serve as an Associate Manager with additional technical programmatic responsibilities beyond First Line Manager duties. Basic Qualifications Experience as a team lead or technical leadership/management in EW/Radar, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, and/or Integration & Test. Familiarity with modern DevSecOps and Digital Transformation concepts. Strong business acumen, management influence, and whole systems thinking. Proven leadership experience in engineering assignments and successful execution of multi‑discipline teams. Active Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance. Desired Skills Active TS/SCI clearance. Experience leading the design, implementation, and integration of EW or radar systems. Experience running fast‑paced Agile development teams. Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical systems/programs. Knowledge of Electronic Warfare algorithms and architecture; DevSecOps/Digital Transformation tools such as GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, DOORS, MATLAB, Rhapsody, Cameo, Jenkins, Robot Framework. Proposal development, ROM and BOE experience. EVM experience. Security Clearance This position requires a government security clearance; candidates must be U.S. citizens. Clearance level is Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years. Work Attributes Work location: Onsite full‑time at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
