Job Description The Opportunity: Saint Luke's Hospital of Kansas City located in Kansas City, MO is hiring for a Registered Nurse for their new Progressive Care Unit. This location is a Magnet designated facility and a leader in Academic Medical Centers. As a nurse on this team, you can care for a variety of conditions and treatments. This position will allow you to build relationships with your patients in a positive environment led by supportive and engaging leadership that believes in developing a strength driven career. Saint Luke's hospital is a magnet designated facility with level one trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, nationally ranked in the top 25 hospitals for cardiology and heart surgery. This location has been recognized byU.S. News & World Reportas one of the elite hospitals in the nation. Shift Details: 6:45 pm to 7:15 am - Weekend Work Program The Work:

- Accountable for utilizing the nursing process.
- Responsible for performing patient care delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff.
- Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- This clinical nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies rules guidelines and procedures.
