Overview We seek a part‑time financial coach based in Germany to offer unbiased, non‑sales‑driven financial education and coaching via one‑on‑one virtual sessions on budgeting, debt reduction, credit improvement, retirement planning, investment education, insurance, and home buying. Key Responsibilities Conduct 30‑minute virtual coaching sessions with employees. Cover budgeting, debt reduction, credit management, retirement planning, investment education, insurance basics, and home buying. Provide unbiased, educational coaching without promoting financial products. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality. Tailor coaching and resources to individual needs and goals. Use video‑conferencing platforms to deliver sessions remotely. Track session completion and document topics covered. Qualifications Proven experience in financial coaching, planning, or personal finance education. Strong knowledge of budgeting, debt management, retirement planning, credit improvement, investments, insurance, and home buying. Ability to explain complex concepts in an easy‑to‑understand manner. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with confidentiality and ethical practices. Reliable internet and ability to work remotely. Proficiency in English; fluency in the native language of the country if different. Preferred Qualifications Certification in financial coaching or planning. Experience working with diverse populations and financial situations. Fluency in English and additional languages. Knowledge of financial systems in multiple countries.
