Description MaineHealth Corporate Clerical/Administrative Support Req #: 134 Summary Summary: The Payment Review Specialist role is responsible for all aspects of billing, follow-up and collection activity for billable parties as assigned. This includes maintaining timely, efficient and accurate accounts receivable insurance follow-up. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education: High School graduate or GED preferred. License/Certifications: N/A Experience: Billing experience in a healthcare environment with third party payers preferred. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient Microsoft Office skills. Working knowledge of State and Federal billing and debt collection regulations.
