Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Location: Troy, MO

What's the Job?

• Perform daily preventive maintenance on equipment within water treatment facilities and production plants.

• Assist with maintenance calls on HVAC systems, including AC units and rooftop coils.

• Conduct routine inspections and repairs on machinery, motors, belts, and building systems.

• Support tasks such as fixing doorknobs, replacing soap dispensers, and cleaning HVAC coils on rooftops.

• Learn and perform daily checks on compressed air systems, ensuring optimal operation.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required.

• 2-4 years of experience in maintenance or related fields.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and general building maintenance.

• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing devices safely and effectively.

• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
