Systems Assembly TechnicianInsight Global is seeking a Systems Assembly Technician to join a team responsible for building and repairing advanced mechanical test systems. This hands-on role requires technical expertise and the ability to interpret engineering documentation to deliver systems that meet strict quality and schedule standards.This individual will assemble and configure full systems, troubleshoot and repair customer-owned units, and maintain accurate documentation. Additional responsibilities include supporting process improvements and collaborating closely with engineers and team members. This is a direct-hire, on-site position with a flexible schedule of four 10-hour shifts. The role offers long-term growth and the opportunity to work on industry-leading technology used globally in automotive, aerospace, civil engineering, and materials science applications.Key Responsibilities:Assemble and configure mechanical systems per engineering specificationsInterpret technical documents to determine assembly steps and outcomesDiagnose and repair systems, including disassembly and root-cause analysisImplement solutions to resolve performance issuesMaintain accurate records and update BOMs and documentationExecute non-conforming material processes in compliance with standardsParticipate in quality and process improvement initiativesCommunicate and collaborate effectively with teams
