Medical Laboratory Technician

Pride Health is hiring for a Medical Technologist I to support our client’s facility at Liberal, KS 67901. Job Summary This position offers flexible scheduling options and the opportunity to work in a full-service hospital laboratory supporting both inpatient and outpatient services. The ideal candidate will have strong generalist laboratory experience, phlebotomy skills, and the ability to work independently across multiple departments including chemistry, hematology, serology, urinalysis, coagulation, blood bank, molecular diagnostics, and microbiology. Key Responsibilities Perform laboratory testing across multiple departments: Hematology Serology Urinalysis Coagulation Blood Bank Microbiology Perform phlebotomy procedures as required Operate and maintain laboratory analyzers and instrumentation Ensure accurate specimen processing and result reporting Maintain quality control and compliance standards Support outpatient and inpatient laboratory services Assist with laboratory operations for surrounding partner clinics Required Qualifications Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
