Job Description We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Director of Demand Generation to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and executing successful demand generation programs. This role is pivotal in driving our growth by generating high-quality leads, increasing brand awareness, and optimizing our marketing funnel. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive pipeline growth and revenue. Lead and manage a team of demand generation professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on target accounts, messaging, and campaigns. Utilize data-driven insights to continually assess and optimize campaign performance, ensuring maximum ROI and effectiveness. Oversee the creation and management of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, email marketing, content marketing, social media, and events. Implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to target key accounts and drive engagement. Manage marketing automation tools and CRM systems to track and report on campaign effectiveness. Develop and manage the demand generation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across a variety of channels to drive engagement and conversions. Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to the team. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform demand generation strategies and tactics. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Minimum of 10 years of experience in demand generation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven success in developing and executing demand generation strategies that drive significant revenue growth. Strong understanding of B2B marketing, particularly in the SaaS and Life Sciences industries. Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Strong leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
